I'd never had a deep tissue massage before so was pretty apprehensive about the whole thing. Had a lower back problem so thought I'd nothing to lose. John was great, thought me a lot about how the muscles work etc and can contribute to other problems. Totally put me at ease and I ended up enjoying it. Would highly recommend it, especially if you're not sure about getting one for the first time.
