A. ..We went yesterday for the first, but not last time, were very impressed not just by excellent stock but the very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We deal with Regina who was amazing as very patient, kind and couldn't do enough to help. While we were there I noticed there were a lot or regular customers who the staff knew by name which is a good sign. They have a very good up to date range and while a bit dearer than online thet were very good to deal with even if buying one item....in the end we bought 5 things and did very well so was very pleased.
