I would highly recommend working with Kavanagh and Associates for any project. We worked with Patrick on 2 houses, with planning permission required on one, which we were approved for on the first application. He is a pleasure to deal with, very patient with all the queries that come with a house build/renovation and very responsive which is so important when you need answers quickly. We are delighted with the improvements he made to the plans for our new home and hope to work with him again for additional plans to the house.

Walked us through the process and had a number of different packages available depending on what level of service we needed (design only, help with contractors etc). Clever use of space and constructively challenged some of our perceptions to ensure we got the design right. They were very patient with us. We love our new home and are delighted that we chose Kavangh & Associates.

PJ more than delivered on the design of our 60m square home extension project. The project was for an extension. During the build we added renovation, sound proofing and upgrading of the old house and garden design. We reviewed each stage with PJ and were confident in his vision to give us maximum use of light, space, and storage whilst maintaining the best garden aspect possible. PJ explained the tender process, engaged a competent builder, an engineer to manage certification and advised on changes to suit old and new. The process was well thought out and we were able to include unforeseeable tweaks as the build progressed. He was available for advice throughout. There were no stressful surprises and no hassle. PJ is an excellent communicator. He listens and we feel we got better value for money using his suggestions. We love our new home and would highly recommend his 5 star service.
