I’ve been using the firm since 2016 for conveyancing. Initially I had picked them for competitive pricing compared to some other firms. The staff has always been friendly and never had a problem getting to the office and parking etc when having to sign forms. I did once have a delayed outcome where a communication had been missed, but that was due to some office changes at the time and Mícheál was genuinely upset that any client should have any negative experience and has certainly surrounded himself with a great team now. On my most recent mortgage switch (Jan 23) I dealt with Regina who was incredibly efficient and very friendly. All phones and emails are answered promptly from the practice and I am sure that were it not for using this firm, I would have been paying an extra 0.5% interest over the fixed term (€5k+) of my new mortgage as the rates have already increased. Very happy that the practice has a good team behind Mícheál. Highly recommend.
