I made contact to have a 1/1 meeting with Kieran as this would have been my first time ever to use a solicitor and it was a sensitive case. I could not have found a more professional, thrust-wordy, and genuine solicitor. This is rare in my experience of solicitors, accountants, and other professionals. I run a small business myself and know that value of giving a prompt response even if to just acknowledge the communication. Kieran and colleagues are sensitive to this courtesy and then invariably follow up promptly later, with the solution needed for my enquiry. * Realistic Kieran and his colleagues are realistic is what they take on and are capable of. Again, many professionals take on more than they can manage/are technically capable of. This leads to flawed advice and a waste of time. Kieran and colleagues are the opposite and are frank about what services they have competency in and the timeframes they can deliver work to. * Courtesy and Respect It is refreshing to receive professional services in a way that is comfortable and unpressured. Kieran and colleagues are highly professional but do not have any of the off-putting airs and graces that other solicitors often do. In fact, so comfortable am I with Kieran that I arranged for my parents, sisters, brother-in-law, and myself to travel down from Dublin to Limerick so that we could all do our wills together with Kieran and his colleagues. The experience was a delight as well as dealing with a hugely important issue for us. * Other Two further issues: (1) the universally positive response from acquaintances I have referred to Kieran. (2) I am aware of the growth there has been in Kieran's firm over the past couple of years. From personal experience is managing my own business, I know that this can often cause unexpected problems as smooth management of such growth often is lacking. Thus, both the quality of customer service and the 'personal touch' can be compromised. In the previous office I worked in there was a client with a small business, whose Company had missed the filing of an Annual Return with the Companies Registration office.This meant a financial penalty and also the loss of Audit Exemption. Her Company would have to do an audit for two years, and therefore incurring significant expense for a small company. Ms Julie Sadlier, a solicitor at Kieran Mulcahy Solicitors, used a provision of the new Companies act , to successfully apply to the District Court to extend the filing date. therefore saving the client significant expense. Definitely a five star service.
