Went through Direct Law for the purchase of our first home. Their fees were much lower than other solicitors and the service they provided was top class. They were quick to respond and answer our questions all the time. The process was completed online through emails/zoom calls and was extremely easy. We were surprised at how quickly they got everything done considering everything going on with Covid right now. We would highly recommend to anyone for a well priced and professional solicitor.

We recently completed the sale of a property using Shane Dowling and the direct law team. We found them to be very professional and efficient and they always responded to our emails and calls very quickly. We started the process during the early part of the Covid Pandemic and all communication was by email including all the required documentation necessary to start the process of selling. We only had to attend their offices once to sign all the necessary documentation much later before closing the sale. Their very transparent fixed fee is extremely competitive and was at least 50% less than many other solicitors firms we had obtained quotes from. We would highly recommend Direct Law.

Can not rate Direct law highly enough. The purchase of our house was was far from straight forward due to delays outside of our control and Marion and they guys were excellent. 5 Star Service - I hired Direct Law to oversee the purchase of my wife and I's new first time buyer property. From the outset the service which I have being telling people, has being exemplary. Starting with their professional fee, this was the most competitive out of 5 Solicitors I got a quote from. from here I dealt with Marion and Shane. whenever I sent an email, I had a response that day normally within the hour. Some Solicitors get bad press but there is not one negative I can say about the service I received. we were in a hurry to close the deal on the house as we had left our rented accommodation and they expedited the process for us which was a personal touch I found. highly recommend for their professional accuracy and due diligence done for us.
