Paddy and staff are very professional brilliant service. I ordered a tow bar from my main dealer I was messed about its coming in today its coming in next week eventually it only half came inn it will take almost another month for the bar itself to come inn I just got fed up enough is enough. Googled towbars ireland towbars direct Athlone came up I phoned and talked to paddy in less than 24hrs he had my towbar in his shop now that's what you call service. So I recommend this shop don't waste your time with main dealers.

Wouldnt have known this existed without google maps!! Went in looking for a touch up pen for my cars paint and was relieved to find exactly the one I needed Also purchased a first aid kit which had everything you could need in it and fits easily in my car and was good value Staff were busy and working hard but still were attentive and I didnt have to wait to be served I will definitely be returning in the future

I went in to get motor oil for my 2005 ford focus. I picked out a suitable oil and brought it to the counter. The man asked was I driving new car. I said no a 2005 focus. He suggested a cheaper oil would do the job as it wasn't a high spec engine so to speak. He went and got the cheaper oil. As he was scanning the oil, I said my car was burning a bit of oil. He then suggested a thicker oil and went back to the shelf. He picked out an oil that was cheaper again. Moral of my story, I left with the cheapest most suitable oil. He could have easily taken me for a ride amd flogged me an expensive oil but the employees honesty and integrity meant not only did I save money on the oil, but i also left with the most suitable oil. He checked my power steering fluid for me after I said there was a bit of noise from the steering column after the car had been idle for a few hours. That's what I call proper customer service. 10/10
