Paul and Catherine display a very personalised and fantastic customer service ethic. Paul actually rang my mother to make sure she was getting the best chair suitable for my fathers needs as he suffers with fibromyalgia. Made sure the chair suited his height and weight, and personally delivered it themselves. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Paul delivered my new Celebrity petite electric recliner on the 7th of May 2021, this is our second purchase this year- we bought a Lazboy electric recliner with footstool earlier in the year for my husband who really enjoys how comfortable it is. If you are 5ft 2” and under you really must check out the Celebrity petite range of electric recliners- no more sitting on a standard recliner that is too big, too high, too wide and too uncomfortable! My new recliner fits perfectly, looks beautiful, is very comfortable and it even has heat- what more could you ask for? I purchased a chair for my mum from Paul in the recliner show room. Her mobility is very bad and this has helped her so much, this has made her more comfortable and at ease. She absolutely loves her new chair and finds it easy to use the controls by herself. I rang Paul on Tuesday afternoon 4/5/2021 about 13.30 for advice about a recliner for my mother who has very bad oedema and her legs and were getting worse day by day. I thought it was straight forward you just order a recliner and that’s it but Paul informed me that you have to consider a person’s height and weight before purchasing the right one. He was in another part of the country at the time but said he would make his way back to the showroom to show me a variety of chairs. When I meet Paul he was very polite and pleasant man. He showed me a few chairs and I decided on one for my mother. Within half an hour Paul had the chair up in my mothers house and advised her on the appropriate cushions for her. My mother is over the moon with the chair and can elevate her legs when she needs to to help with her oedema. I would 100% recommend Paul and his business the Recliner showroom great product and service. Its a pity that every business hasn’t got a customer service like The Recliner showroom. As a daughter of two elderly people, I can not recommend the personal and professional service provided by Paul and the recliner showroom enough. As a qualified Osteopath and sports therapist, I can also highly recommend these recliners. My father suffers from Pagetts disease and My Mother has Osteoporosis, R/A and Atrial fibrillation. I wanted to find the most supportive and comfortable chairs for them to use daily for long periods of time. It was also important to my parents that the chairs not only felt comfortable, provided maximum support but that they did not remind them of a hospital setting. These chairs tick all the boxes. I have no hesitation in recommending The Recliner show room and Paul to anyone. Paul helped me to find the perfect chairs and his knowledge of the furniture, the needs of the elderly is incredible. The chairs arrived the same day and assembled in no time at all. I am thinking of ordering some for myself !

This is the second recliner I have bought from Paul (we still have the first chair which looks as good as new, so they are well worth the money). Paul is very efficient and a pleasure to do business with. It is possible to make an appointment, see and test from a great selection of recliners in his showrooms. Many other furniture shops have a limited number to view and test, so it’s a huge bonus to see a number of different types all in the one location. Paul delivers and sets up the chairs too. My wife bought a recliner chair from Paul many, many years ago. I think it lasted about 15years. We bought 2 new recliner chairs 2 years ago from a Sth. Dublin store but they got very uncomfortable lately. We decided we needed to buy new ones so we got in touch with Paul a few weeks. The attention he gave us was amazing. We bought 2 new recliners form him he delivered them the next day. Customer service has reached a new level! Paul has just been the best! My Mam needed a new chair to help with her leg ulcers. We made an appointment and Paul listened to my Mams needs/requests. He encouraged her to try lots of chairs until she was happy and felt she could still knit in comfort (very important) with her legs raised. The chair was delivered the next day. There was a problem with the chair and Paul drove from Bray to Wexford on a bank holiday to sort the problem. He was not happy with the chair and drove back the next day to ensure all was well. I wanted to purchase a quality Recliner without waiting 10-16 weeks which was typical with many retailers, in addition one was being asked to order 'blind', as most outlets do not carry stock. The Recliner Showroom has a massive stock of manual, single motor & twin motor variants ( I hadn't a clue what the differences were before visiting!) I visited the Recliner Showroom to buy a chair for my 85 year old mother who has very limited mobility. Having chosen what I thought was the ideal chair, Paul promptly delivered it the next day. Paul at the Recliner Showroom is great to work with. My wife has multiple sclerosis and needs the lift chair to rest and get on and off her scooter. Paul arranged an appointment during Covid lockdown. The showroom is in a large warehouse in Bray and he kept the large doors open for air circulation plus masks and separation - we felt very safe. We were able to see the perfect chair - Senydd from Wilcare in Wales. We had looked at this model on line and delivery times were at least six weeks. But Paul has chairs coming in all the time and we were able to get one within a week. Paul came and installed and demonstrated it for us and Ger is loving it. Needed a "Quality" and comfortable Riser Recliner having suffered injuries to both legs during the past few years. Separate movement of the leg and back rests allows me to find a comfortable posture; also the "Tip-out" feature (Riser) gives confidence to access my walking frame. Found Paul's Web site after a "Tip off" from another supplier who could not supply a similar (but more expensive!) chair inside 14 weeks! On speaking to Paul all aspects of my requirements were discussed including height and weight ensuring that his recommendation would be suitable as my Husband and I were not able to visit his Showroom due to Covid 19 restrictions. The HSL "Ripley" Dual Motor model fitted our needs and the colour was acceptable. However, the range and scope of Paul's Showroom would certainly be able to match almost anyone's requirements! I was finding it difficult to find a quality riser recliner at a reasonable price and those that i did find were too expensive for me not to mention the huge wait times of up to 4 months as none of these company's stocked anything for immediate delivery as all of them are imported. low and behold the recliner showroom popped up on my google search page a company run by Paul Quinn who had hundreds of chairs of all different types and sizes and at extremely reasonable prices too, I had no difficulty in finding one chair that suited me for my living room and another for the bedroom, great service by Paul, delivered to my home in Wexford the very next day. I can’t recommend Paul enough for his reasonably priced chairs and fantastic service.

My wife and I wanted to upgrade our two “economy class” armchairs that were decades old. We were looking for “First Class” seats with full recliner capability. We visited DFS first and we learned from them that it was possible to have “battery powered” recliner chairs - which means you don’t require unsightly wires for the two chairs that would be in the centre of our living room. The DFS chairs needed to be ordered and built in China and their earliest delivery date was the end of Q1 2021 (and this was before the latest lockdown). The same day we visited (by appointment) The Recliner Showroom and met Paul (the proprietor). Paul is an excellent sales person and listened to our requirements. Having been very open about the capabilities of the power-packs for the chairs, he agreed with our view that even if they needed to be charged once every 7 to 10 days (rather than once every 30 days as some manufacturers claim) they were still a good option. Paul then offered to source the best available recliner power packs that he was aware of (from the UK) - and having visited him on Monday and agreed what we wanted, he was able to deliver two excellent La-Z-Boy chairs and the Power Pack Units the very next Friday. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for recliner chairs – he is an expert and a very helpful guy - and he gives a personal service that the major stores cannot match.

Great service and great sofas from Paul. Fifteen problem free years from extremely comfortable and hard-wearing sofa double and single electric recliners bought from Paul in 2004/05. As good as new and they are looking forward to a second lease of life in Kerry. The Recliner Showroom is the best! Thank you very very much Paul! During lockdown in March there was a lot of time to be thinking and looking around my surroundings. Before that the house had been painted and decorated. But there was something missing . . . In April I realised it was the FURNITURE. I quickly began to tell everyone I was getting some new recliners. I quickly started researching online ... taking a slow six months! There was always a ‘no’ to something at the end of every day. It seemed as if I wasn’t ever going to get anything. And then I did! I just picked up the phone and spoke to most helpful and pleasant Paul. Once he knew what I wanted he advised me using WhatsApp. This was brilliant bringing me into the showroom and I didn’t have to leave the house! Paul showed me a chair I liked particularly by daylight too. He was very patient. Two gorgeous La-Z-Boy rocker recliners were delivered the next day and I just don’t know myself rocking and reclining!

11 years ago I bought a chair from The Recliner Showroom. Although still working perfectly, after constant use it had become a little shabby and there was a tear in the footrest (my fault - I should have taken my shoes off more often). As I write this I am sitting in its replacement - even more comfortable than the last one and, this time, electrically operated. Paul made the whole buying experience thoroughly enjoyable. He collected me from my home and drove me to the showroom, where I was spoilt for choice but eventually plumped for this beauty.
