C.I had an accident and my car was a ‘mess’ at the back, I rang Ted Brennan at the scene of the accident very upset, they sorted it there and then, Richard calmed me and sent a recovery lorry straight away. He reassured me my car will be sorted and no one was hurt. (The words you need to hear in these situations when your not thinking straight)
I got a rental car that same evening, so I had no worries about getting to my work the next day. My car was fixed and looked like brand new within two weeks. They actually advised me on contacting my insurance and took the stress out of the situation aswell. Amazing service. Great people. Cant recommend them enough. I rave about there service after my experience with them.

I. B.I recently ordered an alternator for my car, not only was it very reasonably priced it was also free p+p (amazed as I am North East England!). I have NEVER seen such brilliant packaging - my car part was encased in bagged expandable foam, then in a cardboard box which was shrink wrapped and taped. If only everyone took as much care. J. B.While on a short break in Monaghan recently I had an accident near Castleblayney. My When I rang my insurance company they put me through to Richard at Ted Brennan Motors. Luckily none of us were hurt but when you've just been involved in an accident the one thing you need is a person like Richard, who obviously knows how to deal with people in this situation and couldn't have been more helpful : he organised a recovery truck and a replacement car straight away so that we ( wife, 2 kids and myself) could return to our hotel, while he dealt with the insurance issues. We later found out that Ted Brennan's had also sorted the other person involved in the accident with recovery and transport. We got our car back last week and yet again we were more than happy with the quality of service and work carried out. You always hope that accidents won't happen, but when they do its great to come across such a professional garage, well done to all , and THANKS.
