left my tesla in for repair after quite a big bang. Had to wait for the insurance company to look at the car before they proceeded with the work. Then had to wait a further 6 weeks for the parts to arrive from tesla. I was only informed of the time required when the payment was approved by the insurance company. I would have preferred they ordered the parts immediately as i would have paid if the insurance company didnt. When the parts did arrive they did a great job!

Just back from Ace Autobody / AXA Repair Centre with my car back in full working order. As I was expecting alot more trouble after crashing my car these guys got customer service 100% right. Brilliant job and an absolute pleasure to find a company that not only understands your needs as a customer but also goes way beyond what you would expect from an auto repair shop. I returned to find my car fully repaired (front bumper and grill damage) with a full valet inside and out. Excellent communication throughout the process and I would highly recommend this company and it is obvious why AXA insurance chose them as a repair agent.
