After getting a crack in my windscreen I was worried if a replacement would be as good as the factory fit so I googled a bit to discover some horror stories. On chatting to a main competitor to Autoglass beginning with "Mr" - I was even more worried as they dismissed my concerns with a kind of annoyance rather than answer them in detail. So I ended up calling autoglass and a girl in hq said to call into the lads in the workshop for any technical questions I had . So I did and thankfully one of lads took the time to answer each and every one of my technical questions about the install without spoofing (which I was looking out for) and with an understanding attitude (bcos I treat my car quite particular) so I booked in with them as a result. (Whilst i was there they were doing installs on a few v nice cars- a 2 yr old AMG and a 1968 ford shelby so i figured that could be a good sign maybe if those owners trusted them. My car does not cost anywhere near either of those btw but I still like to keep it as good as I can. Just got it back finished yesterday and im very pleased. Took about 1.5 hrs . Rain sensor is working perfect, even got pilkington glass and theres no smug marks or glue visable around the glass edges, no wind noise, inner panels are tight and no squeaks etc. They even replaced my old tax and insurance disc holders and parking tag in the right place. No idea about other autoglass branches but phone personnel were v good in main hq so overall i would recommend this company based on my experience in the tallaght branch. To note- this was done through my insurance with no excess.

Still have issue with windscreen repair because i was disappointed with it and it was nothing like the advertisement, but had to get windscreen replaced and guy i was dealing with couldn't have been nicer and was very professional Original review for chip repair: Had small chip on windscreen that wasn't noticeable but thought I'd get it fixed in case it spread. After the repair the only thing i can see now is the cloudy patch on the windscreen that they "repaired". Advertisement said it as barely visible after 30 minutes, all i see now is something that looks like dirt on the window Windscreen repair: Excellent job and great to deal with Overall: Would definitely recommend going to the shop

Incredibly efficient, professional and friendly team to deal with. Only issue - my car has black A pillar trim panels and there's white residue left after the windscreen change all over them and it won't come off. Hope the lads are more careful next time.

Had to get a windscreen replaced today for a Peugeot 5008. Using my insurance company it was all set to happen within 24 hours. The guys were very good in all aspects, I fully understood what needed to be done and was very happy with the work carried out. The guy, (who's name I should have found out), also, without asking, had a quick look at a separate issue and tried to fix it. He told me that it was not going to work and then told me what to do, in order to help fix it. Never expected that. 5******* Thanks guys.

I felt like i knew them years and i only met them. Nowadays its quite Rare to come across a professional with superb working and people's skills together and these 2 guys have both and more. My drivers window died on me today. I went into see the guys at Autoglass they were out straight away helping me drove my car in after ordering a part they took of door panel to get window up taped it up for me and will fix it tomorrow. Fantastic team great service would highly recommend 👌😁

Very professional - Dave and his team listened to the unique issue I had with a hire car. They arranged for a replacement windscreen to be shipped in from the UK, but advised that if they could fix the windscreen they would and refund my deposit. Sure enough they were able to fix my windscreen and I received the refund. The work was performed exactly when they said it would. Top class performance by people who care about customers. I highly recommend the Tallaght team.

I was down today by autoglass Tallaght and was having an issue changing one of my bulbs in my polo as it was right in back behind another one, My dad asked one of the men in Autoglass I believe his name was Ivan for just a pliers and he ended up coming over and helping to change the bulb for me which was a bit of a nightmare to do and took some time, another man from there also came out to help. I have to say they were absolute gents they didn't have to help and did Thank you so much, great to see there is some decent people out there.
