5 star company, Brilliant on all levels, excellent customer service and expert advice. I have been watching Deane motors website for many years and hoping to find the car of my dreams. It appeared on their website in August 2020, a red 1988 Mercedes 420SE, the car I have always wanted. This was during the covid pandemic, so I could not visit the showroom to view the car as I was overseas, I had read all the reviews and knew they were a reliable company. So I bought the car over the phone and wired the funds. The car came with a six month guarantee and Simon said the guarantee would start the day I picked up the car. Little did we both know that it would be July 2021 before I picked it up. The car had some problems initially and needed a part shipped from Germany; James gave me a loaner car while they fixed the problem. At every step of the process they kept me updated and delivered my car to me when it was ready. Do not hesitate to buy from Deane Motors you will be very happy you did!

I bought a car from Simon Deane in December 2020, and from the first phone contact to the collection of the car, the service I was provided with was absolutely faultless in every respect. During my 2 visits to Deane Motors, I met with Ollie Deane (Simon's dad) and Simon's colleague (also named Simon!!) who were both very pleasant and very professional in their manner. During the Christmas period, I had a small electrical fault with the car, but Simon reassured me that the car could still be driven without causing any harm (which was great to know), and he said he would take the car away for repair when they re-opened on January 4th this year. My phone rang first thing on January 4th, and it was Simon Deane on the other end of the phone telling me that he would be collecting the car from me within the hour. This is customer service at its very best. Buying a car from a reputable car dealership can generally be a pleasant experience, but it is only when an after-sales problem occours that you realise how good their back-up service is. I have to say that Deane Motors score 100% on both counts - sales & after-sales. Subsequently, I have spoken to people who know the two Simon's and Ollie, and they also speak very highly of them - which came as no surprise to me. I can't see myself dealing with anyone else other than Deane Motors into the future, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Deane Motors to anyone. Their cars are presented in an extremely high-quality condition, with their attention to detail exceptional to say the least. It is no wonder that Deane Motors are in business for decades!!.
