My car broke down over Christmas and I phoned Dave on the Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend expecting to get his voicemail but he answered and arranged to come out after the weekend. He was on time, discovered what was wrong with the car quickly, explained in great detail what had happened and was able to offer a quote to have it fixed in a few days time. I would recommend this service to anyone who is having issues with their car.

David gave us a timeframe, description of the work and was really professional with the work carried out. Couldnt recommended these guys enough. I was having trouble with my car last week, decided to ring Dave and he was out to me running diagnostics within 20 minutes, I really needed the car for work and was quite stressed so this was really appreciated, I left it in with him the next day to get repaired. I rarely have time to write reviews, but David deserves it. I initially ask his assistance to check a second hand car that i wanted to buy and he spotted me all pros and cons of that car in a clear and professional way. I appreciated the fact that he was always very flexible to accomodate my times and he has a lot of experience. He also helps me with annual maintanance. he is very smart, honest, precise and relaible. The best mechanic that I had ever had. highly recommended!

I can't praise Dave enough.. Highly experienced Mechanic and also very friendly. Only for Dave I would have no car to drive. I had a lot of major problems with my car other mechanics tried to fix it but only made it worse. Dave came to the rescue thank god. He spent days working on it and finally got it back running the way it should be and did not charge an arm and a leg unlike the others. He works on all my families cars. I would highly recommend Dave.. If you want quality professional work and reasonable prices Dave is the one to call.. The best in Tallaght.

Required call out assistance to help with brakes andp also performed a tbelt change. Dave knows his stuff and unlike other so called mechanics is not afriad to tackle big jobs. Years of experience and at reasonable price coupled with a call out service if needed why would you go to a main dealer. Will be in touch again soon for another project. Why would you ever go to a garage again? My care died on my road returning home, Dave came out straight away after we spoke. Was having an awful time with my car at the beginning of the covid-19 outbreak and I took it to main dealer and they told me it needed a service after €220 and 3 weeks later the car stopped running, I phoned Dave from Irish mechanic's and he came out that evening and within minutes he told me what was wrong with it and phoned me the next day with a price for the work needed. And with all that was needed the price was really good and the car was collected the next day and the car was ready in a few days and is running like a dream, I would highly recommend this garage.

I decided to try this mechanic following the glowing reviews here. Let me say, I can see why they are so good. I brought the car in for a very frustrating job (sorry! 🤪). I had a lot of other small bits to be done too. I have to say the work that was completed was exceptional. I really appreciated that Dave was totally honest with me before and during the repair process. Before he took my car in he spoke to me about the car in detail and clearly demonstrated a wealth of expertise and knowledge, I felt immediately reassured. When I got the car back he talked me through all of the work that was done (I really really appreciated this). I really couldn't be happier. I've been looking for an honest, reputable and highly skilled mechanic for some time and at long last I've found one! The price was very reasonable and I will 100% return again (hopefully with fewer seized on parts!!). If you're looking for an excellent mechanic I couldn't recommend more. A++++++. Thank you!!
