Annual service of oil and filter change done as well as NCT pre check. Tyres were found to be worn down and damaged to the danger point and this fact was proven by video provided over phone to bring this to my notice . Service was efficient and friendly . Staff gave the car a thorough inspection . I felt confident in the car with that reassurance. All this comes at a price , safety first , money well spent .

Overall good and professional service. Kept me up to date during service and what needed to be done. Would have been better in text or email format. Not sure why it’s all done via phone calls. Faster and more efficient without missing calls etc. Only down side was that I had asked for an automatic car as replacement car which was confirmed twice to me on the phone but was then handed a manual.

Got scheduled service done. All explained beforehand with finishing time confirmed. Got mobile call as soon as ready for collection. All ok. Big thanks to Marianne for going above what was required for the service by helping me with a mobile phone issue with a smile. Definitely no problem recommending Park motors.

Good service and resonably priced. They did not tack anything on that was not needed and called me to ask my permission before going ahead with extra work. I got access to a courtesy car for the day. Overall I was very happy with the experience.

Super efficient no-contact drop off check in. Follow up call 10 mins later. Full report and completion notification with online payment option making pickup a 1 min job. Valet included. Excellent service

Great service by MSL. There was an issue with the ambient lighting in my car after the service but they took the car back in straight away and fixed it without hassle. The software just had to be updated. I dealt with Hannah who was very professional and polite. Only small downside is their pricing for spare parts is extremely expensive but they don't try and force them on you.

Part of issues still to be resolved was informed that some of these were resolved with updates (radar sensors not available due to dirt) this reappeared after leaving MSL. Surprised to have to pay for wiper blades at this early. Also have had BMW, landrover and Jaguar for the last 10 years and courtesy car was always free. Like to hear your comments

5 star service from the team here - Cian & Sarah looked after my Skoda on-site, very professional, courteous & friendly staff. I also received a video health check informing of items that will need changing soon, very helpful!
