Delighted with my experience with this garage! Another garage told us we would need to change the turbo and alternator of our car, which was very costly, but we brought the car to Vlad and he told us only the battery needed to be changed, which was a huge relief. They are very professional, honest, fast and all for a good price. The car has been driving perfect ever since they repaired it. We definitely found our forever garage!

Mechanics are very good diagnosing the issue and fixing it. Manager is fast in responding your messages as well as ordering the parts. They are a very busy garage but they have been wonderful dealing with the issues & services in general. I have been their customer for about 2 years now and I recommend to others. Price is good overall as well. Facilities to wait for the car to be ready. They also wash your car before giving it back to you :) Thank you!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I have dealt with many different garages over the past 8 years and this is hands down the best place. Great value for your car servicing, NCT and big jobs( timing belt, clutch) . Everything works in this place like in a swiss watch. Always on time with timely updates when the car will be ready. They also do small jobs while you wait with good facilities to make yourself a cup of coffee. Mechanics are very well and will never overcharge you for something that needs no replacing. I will continue to come back there as they are trustworthy people. Highly recommended to anyone needing work done on your car.

Probably one of the best prices for car service and general repairs in Dublin. I paid 40 euro for front brake pads and sensor replacement (brake calipers guides were cleaned as well). Also I paid 136 euro for fully synthetic oil and 3 filters (oil/air/fuel) supplied and fitted. The manager sent me the pictures of the old parts and gave an advice about some jobs to be done in a future.

These guys are one of the best garages in the business. I had previously been to 2 other garages for opinions and was on the verge of being ripped off for repairs on unrelated issues with my car. Vlad and his team gave me first indication of what needs to be done and an up front cost (low cost I may add). Needless to say it was fixed withing a day and the car flew threw the NCT. This is no ordinary garage, absolute top class service and my go to garage now!

Very good prices and quick turnaround service. The timing belt kit and water pump were replaced on my diesel golf for 290 euro incl parts and labour. I left the car in a morning and collected in the evening same day. The mechanic showed me the pictures of different stages of installation and also showed me the old (and worn badly) belt.

This is the place to go if you want your car sorted to pass the NCT, which all vehicles in Ireland need. It is the National Car Test. Vladimir and his crew are excellent, mechanics, and do a Professional job at a decent price. If you need your car fixed try them out I'm sure you will be very satisfied. Mick

I don't ever leave reviews but I felt after today's experience that I had to. I rang this garage yesterday for a quotation on a wheel bearing that was gone in my car for ages. I hadn't heard of this garage before as I'm new to the area and happened to come across it after a google search. The person (Vlad) I dealt with on the phone was extremely pleasant & rang me back within ten minutes with a price. I provisionally booked the car in for this morning & upon arrival I met with Vlad and his team. There was no unnecessary hanging around or delays like I've experienced in other garages. The part was ordered and delivered within minutes & my car was road worthy again within 1.5 hours- it was even washed for me (twice- before & after!!) There was tea/coffee/tv/wifi available. The price & service was great. Everybody was extremely friendly & helpful. Customer service & professionalism was exceptional at North West Autos/NCT Pass & I would highly recommend them in the future. A very positive experience overall. Thank you!!

Went here after NCT failure with a couple of defects. They provided a quote over the phone based on copy of NCT cert. The repairs were for a reasonable price and they didn't try to push any "extra-s" like so many others would. The car passed the NCT on retest, no problem. They seem reliable and honest. Completely happy and will definitely go back for regular car service.

I have been taking my cars to Vlad and the guys in Northwest Autos for the last couple of years now and I can't recommend them highly enough. I have always found their work to be of the highest quality and their pricing to be more competitive than any garage I've previously used. Vlad has many contacts in the industry and as such can find the answer to most automotive problems, from straight forward mechanical to complicated, frustrating, electrical trouble. This one-stop-shop attitude is why I'll continue to use Northwest Autos into the future.

Putting up this review on behalf of my sister Jeanne ( she doesn't do Facebook lol lol) but insisted that I should put this review here. She drives a 04 VW Golf and it failed it's NCT. Found Northwest Autos on Google ( after trying two other garages for advice). She called Vlad at 7.00pm and he took the call and the time to discuss her NCT report. Suffice it say she dropped her car in the next day and Vlad fully explained it was quite a big job, gave her a price and offered her the time to think about it. She went ahead and left her car in for the necessary work. On collection he not only had her car repaired, brought it for it's NCT (passed), he also took the time to show her photos of what he had done etc, and all at a very reasonable price. Absolute top class service both mechanically and personally. She would highly recommend him so much so that my 152 Mercedes is due a B service soon and I can guarantee I will be bringing to Vlad and his team.

Happy with the service provided.Had long issue with slow coolant leak.Been to other mechanics but couldn't find out the problem.Main thing is that they are very transparent.Leak was from water pump.They changed it and even showed the video of where the leak was from.Hope that fixes the problem.Thanks Vlad.
