N. G.Did the job well. Replaced my fuel flap with the one I gave. Charge seems reasonable. But they couldn't figure out an issue with the brakes of vw polo. The garage seems too busy. So might not have got time to check the servo, vacuum pump, booster, fuses and valves to figure out which one is causing trouble. Maybe will visit some other time for detailed inspection as they said brakes are fine and no issues reported with computer inspection as well. Only 4 stars as I had to go in twice to get the fuel flap replaced.

P. M.Brought my baby in for a minor repair on Saturday morning without any appointment. The mechanic was very helpful and fit it in between his existing jobs. I was able to get it back in an hour and 10 minutes.
P. C.Eventful day out for the family recently. We took the first trip down south to meet with family after a five month hiatus due to Covid19. Outside Dundalk along the M1 motorway, our Skoda Superb started to vibrate heavily. I pulled over and long story short the CV joint was failing, and failing fast. We pulled off of the motorway and into Dundalk town. I searched Google Maps for 'gagage near me' and reviewed the results. John Laverty's came up somewhere in the list and we decided to drive across town to visit. I met with the folks there and told them we were traveling down from the north to visit family, and that a CV joint was failing. Without hesitation they had me drive the car into the garage and told me they would call me when ready. Less then an hour and a half later we were back on our journey.
So I'd like to finish by saying thanks to the team at John Laverty's for their excellent customer service, and going out of their way to get us back on the road 😁
