R. W.I can't say much about the actual business portion of Hourigans, but I can say that the people there are very kind. They gave their time to fix my bike (they are not a bike shop) when I was in a pickle and wouldn't accept payment. I don't have lawn, but if I ever get one, I'll get my lawnmower here.
