Best garage I've been to, very reliable, I take my car in for service and pre nct every year and never ever had any issue. Took my car in to be fixed after a minor incident and the job done was excellent. The mechanics are very professional and the job is quickly done. Thank you Smithstown Auto Repairs!

Couldn't fault the lads at Smithstown Auto Repairs! Clutch hit the floor and wouldn't come back up, presumed the worse until I rang these guys! Got the car delivered down there and they had it fixed within a day. What I thought would be a €€€ job, turned out to be something small. When collecting car, they explained what happened/went, what they fixed/replaced and that there was a 1 year warranty with it. Will certainly be back!!

Brought my car in for a quick tyre change (all four), very professional and on time. The lad i dealt with was VERY competent. I drive a BMW F10 and i'm glad to know that i have a place I can take it to, with uttermost satisfaction that any issue with the car will be resolved. I wouldn't think twice bringing the car here again.

I was in the garage picking up my car when some customer just left a 1 star review about this garage. This annoyed me so much and I never really leave reviews i told them that I will leave my own honest review. Me and my family have been using this garage for over 10 years and never had any issues with there work. They even came out Christmas day 2 years ago for my father when he was not able to change the spare wheel as he is over 60 years old and would not take a euro for the new tyre it and just wished him a happy Christmas and said it's a Christmas present now if that's not good service I don't know who is.

I serviced my car here as suggested by one of my colleague. Great service and very professional. Mike explains everything in detail. I also replaced my tires and airbag switch after the service. Both time i got my dirty car washed and cleaned, also they offered a lift back to my office when I left the car at garage. Thank you for that 😀.. I would definitely recommend them for car service in Shannon. Couple of suggestions, found it hard getting an appointment. Also would be ideal to communicate the cost of labour properly in advance. May be it's my bad,, I was not clear on the cost of my airbag switch replacement. it made a bit of confusion at last. Overall I am giving an 5 star for Thier job. Good work lads

Brilliant service!! My car broke down this morning on route to shannon and the guys at smithstown auto repairs were so helpful. They collected the car, found the issue and sourced and fitted a new part for me, all in a matter of hours so that I could be on the road home to Kerry again at 3.30pm !! Really impressed with how helpful they were. Would definitely recommend!

I was stuck on the side of the road down on the road to Limerick (near Bunratty) the other week and had only heard their cheekly little ad on the radio. Got a very prompt response. Just had 5 star service from smithstown auto, I work locally and the guys in smithstown came to my place of work this morning collected my car gave it a full service and dropped it back to me, I did not have to take any time off work and to top it all off I got it washed and hoovered out for only €15 extra , I have to say Im so impressed with the professionalism of these guys and highly recommend them to anyone, normally I'm nervous going into these places but from day one was treated with total respect !!!!!!!
