Beautiful family run bakery in ennistymon. Warm service, excellent selection of baked goods and health products and as far im concerned the best carrot cake in the country/world. So lucky to have this on my doorstep.

We came across this bakery by chance during our trip to Ireland while searching in vain for bakeries in this country. The owner was very friendly and the baked goods were fantastic! We bought scones, a loaf of bread and apple strudel. After trying the first apple strudel in the car outside the bakery, we went straight back into the shop and bought more pastries. The puff pastry of the apple strudel tastes heavenly and you can tell that the nice gentleman knows his trade with the other baked goods too. Warmest recommendation!

First visit to this bakery today(while on short visit to beautiful Burren) , delicious croissants, spelt bread, sweet apple in puff pastry, spelt bread, great coffee & a delicious salad roll, all great value & quality baking.
