The haircut was pretty decent, but the lack of customer service is worrying. Despite having an appointment they made wait over 30 min before starting with my service and while I was waiting 2 of the barbers were just chilling on their phones. Also I never got offered water or any kind of drink while they did offered this to every other customer that walked into the shop
