Top quality barber and great service. Cool barber shop with comfortable waiting area, but most importantly they do a great cut. Would recommend booking in advance to avoid dissappointment. Can get lucky with walk in but better safe than sorry.. 10/10

I was lucky to get a walk-in before an appointment. While the hair cut was very good, the hot towel shave with steamer was excellent. It’s was the attention to detail to get the grain right and get those hard to get hairs. So - very satisfied…price was fair too. Happy to recommend this barbers as a justified proud owner!

Fantastic friendly Barber in the heart of Dalkey Village. I take my 2 year old son with me to DVB and Amaar is fantastic with kids, so patient & delicate! I’ve also had the hot towel shave and which is a kvery relaxing experience and will be doing again. Hard to find a local Barber for regular cuts that ticks all the boxes and I’m glad I’ve found DVB, great service!

I am visiting Dalkey from Germany and was looking for a good barber. I went to Dalkey Village Barber and had a great time. The haircut was very good and Haamar takes his time until everything is perfect. We had a nice conversation and he is very accommodating. The best service and experience I’ve had in years! l’ve also been bringing my 5 year old son for haircuts to so many places for two years and Dalkey Village Barbers is by far the best experience he can have- Ammar is friendly, great with children and the best barber I / my son have had. He even has a large flatscreen TV so you / your son can watch whatever they want! Kids Cutz could learn a huge amount from his business model! Dalkey is lucky to have Ammar and The Village Barber’s.

EXCELLENT!!! 5* Cuts I had my wedding the week after lockdown 2.0 ended and badly needed a hair and beard trim/cut and styling. Everywhere local was booked or would not do the beard, then Haamar came to the rescue. Even tho he was not fully operational as his unit was still being fitted out he took my booking to get me prepped for my big day. He was fantastic, I had a good mop of hair he managed to fix and style and a full strength COVID-beard that he manicured. My wife hardly recognized me on the day. He spent an hour and a half clipping and shaving as well as a steam. It’s an art form to this man! Great value for money, you get what you pay for. Top quality service, excellent results, relaxed atmosphere. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future. Also ladies, if your looking to make your man presentable after lockdown, get him a voucher and send him down. You won’t regret it!! Thanks again Haamar, I’ll see you soon. Rob
