Today was my first to get a haircut from Peter Mark at William Street, and it was a satisfactory experience all throughout. The staffs are super nice and welcoming. And the girl named Heather who cut my hair did a good job, she understood what I wanted. Best Wishes & Hope to go there again.

I had the best hairdresser experience ever here with Dawn who was incredible, friendly and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Along with this Dawn did a better job that I could have imagined. When i was finished she gave recommendations for product's that would suit my hair needs (that I had mentioned when I arrived) and wrote down the info for me so that I could come back whenever if I was wanting to get those products. Could not recommend more highly ☺️

Thank you so much to Lauren who did my hair today. She very kindly squeezed me in for a wash cut n blow dry and I'm over the moon with my hair. Lauren really made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. She was so full of energy and bubbly even though it was past 5 o'clock and I was her last appointment.
