Had an issue with a previous haircut in another salon, I went to a few places to try and fix it. Brown Sugar were without fail the most accommodating. Friendly receptionist couldn't have been more understanding and slotted me in on a busy Friday afternoon. Wonderful hairstylist (Will) fixed my hair to perfection. So grateful for this wonderful hospitable service. Thank you so much!

I absolutely LOVED my hair cut and straightening done by Christian!!!! My other half and my mother LOVED my hair too. They could not stop raving about how good a job he did. I will definitely be back to the salon!! I also really really loved the customer service in the salon. EVERYONE was so sweet and made me feel really good. I felt so pretty leaving, I had to make my man take me for drinks! Brown sugar salon provides 5 star service. Thank you!!!

Had a great experience with the hair! I was taking wedding photos and gave the hairdresser a picture of the style I wanted and she replicated it beautifully. The staff were all very friendly as well. I was disappointed with the makeup process, but the staff was more than accommodating after learning of this. I really appreciated how much they cared about making sure their customers are happy.

I have been to many hairdressers and have had more disasters than wild successes, especially for asian hair like mine. I can say hands down that this was the best haircut I’ve ever had. The lovely lady was so helpful, explaining everything she was doing and they even offered me a tea which is the key to my affection! The cut was seriously so good I am annoyed I haven’t found them sooner. I can’t remember the name of my hairdresser, it began with L and she had mainly pink hair with other highlights, I suggest anyone with Asian / Chinese hair go to her. So so good.

I have no idea how I have survived without Christian cutting my hair before now! Despite not having an appointment and being so busy Christian took time to fit me in and left me feeling like the only client in the salon. He took the time to talk through everything and instantly knew what I was looking for and what would suit me. Without a doubt the best haircut I have ever had. Had grown my hair for 3 years and finally had enough. I went to Brown Sugar to get my hair cut. Extremely happy with the place and in particular Shakira who cut my hair. She is a super start!! It was not an easy task and she did a great job. I don’t think I have had someone take such care and attention when cutting my hair as she did. Thanks Shakira 👌
