Massage was 8.5. Very professional, good technique. Thermal suite left something to be desired: Steam rooms weren’t hot enough at the sitting level (adequate temperature at standing height). Jacuzzis (both indoor and outdoor) next to the pool were lukewarm at best. Also, recommend bringing your own flip-flops/sandals as only cloth slippers were provided and not appropriate for thermal suite/pool use.
Overall decent experience, but the extracurriculars could be made sufficient with some simple/easy fixes.

Was here sometime ago and the spa and surroundings are definitely A1. It is so relaxing and like another world . Both times I attended the massages were not good at all. My son and daughter in law treated me to the Spa and I have to say I would never go again. I had two different girls and really they hadn't a clue. I think because it's such a beautiful place they don't try at all. I have been to many other places which weren't as shall we say glamorous but the massages were far better. A rub is not a massage! Love everything else about the hotel and the Spa itself can't be faulted. The 3 Stars are for the place not the treatments.

2 Full body massages, 2 different experiences. Me and my partner went to get a Full body massage,55min,€80 each. Nice facilities, music in my session sounded like kulning...wasn't very relaxing. Too much oil, felt like I was being greased up for a rub down. A rub down is what I got which was semi relaxing. My partner loved her experience very much. She said essential oils were rubbed on the massage therapists hands and she was made to inhale deeply, a small facial massage (which I did not experience). Her massage therapist noticed tense areas and told her about it. Mine didn't mention anything, which could be a good thing. Over all she gives it a 5 star. I give mine a 3 for experience and a 4 for facility.

I visited Spirit Spa last weekend with my daughter in law to be for some relaxing time together. I can only praise the staff .. in particular Sarah who looked after me . She was so professional, courteous and kind .. I will definitely return. The whole atmosphere was so special .. another world .. so relaxing finished off with lunch in Coopers bar in the hotel .. I would definitely recommend hence the 5 stars. ..

One of the nicest spa's I've been to in Ireland. Booked a bathing ritual and neck, shoulder and back massage. Both great and used the thermal suite also. Will definitely return

Calming surroundings, beautiful treatments and very professional staff. I've visited twice and can't wait to go again.
