Linda completed an extensive phone consultation with me and posted out all the recommendations products. Her knowledge of skincare and the image brand filled me with confidence. She was also a lovely warm person. There were offers and promotions with femme fatale which weren't available anywhere else. I saved alot when buying a number of products at once.
