From the moment I walked in Stephen was welcoming and knowledgeable. He helped me choose a bike that was right for me. I tested a few, and found the one I wanted. After traipsing around numerous bike shops over the past few months, the service I received from Stephen was 5 star. Stephen was great with me when I was looking for a bike during lockdown. I had gone into many shops because the demand for bikes was so high and it was impossible to find a bike with L size frame. Find these guys fantastic for taking care of my bikes. Always friendly, responsive and reasonable. Even when busy, they will try and sort me out if I have something coming up and need a repair done in time. Use them all the time even though they are out of my way.

I couldn't recommend Ferris Wheels in Booterstown more highly. I purchased my bike from this store and when visiting for a service I have always found Stephen to be so helpful and honest. This week I damaged my gears and with a family cycling trip coming up this weekend I feared my bike wouldn't be fixed in time. Various bike shops quoted me 1-2 weeks of a wait. Stephen fixed my bike in a day!! Friendly and reliable, a brilliant bike shop.

He started using them when they GAVE him a bicycle to use at no cost, despite not even offering this service (as my dad's bike hadn't yet arrived off of the ship from australia). Today after a long spin and rushing into work i had a blowout just past the lights in Booterstown. I brought the bike into Ferris cycles and the customer service was excellent. I was back on the bike within 15 minutes with a new tyre and tube, with good value for money.

Bought a bike with "bike to work" from the owner of the shop, Steve. After 10 days, a pedal broke, however, due to a defect, I guess. Brought to the shop and got it repaired pretty quickly and free of charge. I'd say it's a nice shop overall with a good attitude.

Started using them in early 2014 as the were closest to where I used to work in Blackrock. The advise, support and service has been excellent throughout. It was due to the quality service etc received that I decided to get my Merida Speeder 500 through them. (There were quotes requested from 3x different bike shops with only Ferris Wheels Bike Shop that bothered to provided the requested info & subsequently delivered). When needing any assistance with your bike, I suggest that you put them to the test for yourself.
