S. K.Bought a great ebike here, firstly great staff, take your time have a look around if you have any questions only have to ask that is the way I like to shop. So had a good look around learned a lot from staff about the different type of ebikes. Went away and did my research and only had a certain amount of money to spend. Went back again looking this time asked to test ride several ebikes no problem .Test rode several bikes ,big car park plenty of space to test .That made up my mind lovely machines take the effort out of cycling {as i am 64 now}. I bought a SCOTT SUB SPORT ERIDE . I have to mention the store manager Shane lovely man to do business with , was a great help and nothing was too much trouble ,great shop very large range of stock ,i have recommended this store to several of my friends .

G.Dropped my bike in this morning to have my gears checked, Alan who I was dealing with is a gentleman, went above and beyond to ensure my bike was ready and in perfect working order, great to have good old fashioned customer service and not to be charged the world for it, this will definitely be my go to shop highly recommend this place as I have experience of other shops who didn't listen to what you wanted and were only interested in selling stuff to you

R. O.On 8th of July 2021 when eurocycles eurobaby closed Alan saw my partner and I struggle to fit a halfords bike rack to our car. He stayed an extra 45 mins to help us. Not all heroes wear capes. Wonderful human being. Will definitely be back and tell all my friends to shop here. Thank you.
P. I.Was delighted with the service. Was buying my first proper bike and found them extremely helpful in selecting a bike that suited me. They were always extremely fast at replying to emails. Went into the store and was dealing with a very happy Jack who sorted me out, made sure the bike fitted me properly before sending me on my first cycle to Bray.
D. V.I would like to commend Jack R. for his excellent advice and most efficient service. We are new to the baby thing and asked Jack to recommend a carseat with isofix. He recommended a maxicosi seat that was within our budget and most suitable for our 1month old baby. I didn't even have to visit the store as all this was done telephonically and arranged in a timely manner. When the product arrived, I had no issues installing the isofix myself. Jack even offered to come around and assist with the installation if I came unstuck with the manuals. Great product and service to match. Thank you

E. M.They have a good selection of baby essentials at reasonable enough prices but their staff while friendly are really poorly informed. We bought our glider crib here and when I asked about matress options because the one on display was a very basic one and not hypoallergenic or antidust and anti mould they told me it was only possible to get one type of matress for all cribs. So I went elsewhere for the mattress and got the one I wanted. More recently we got a baby carrier from here and asked how to put it on as we were unsure and found that the customer assistant knew as much as we did about it! Luckily there was an online tutorial on how to put it on!

Wide range of bikes to choose from, professional approach, good prices and fast service. Bike was adjusted to my short legs🤣 I chose Syncross Essential kit and it was set on the bike straight away. I got help in choosing the right helmet also.

Got a puncture , Googled the closest bike shop, so ended up here. Such a great shop with amazing customer service.
I have an electric bike , the back wheel that got the puncture has the motor, they were able to fix it quickly. They also offered me a seat in a comfortable sofa while waiting. The person who was fixing the tyre also tightend some screws on my bike also changed the angle of my handle bar so I can cycle more comfortable. He is very knowledgeable about bikes and was happy to answer to my questions. Charged me a reasonable price for fixing the puncture, gave me a good quality puncture resistant tyre.

I. C.Recently purchased two E-bikes at Eurocycle store in Swords (Scott Sub Sport eRide 20) Shane was extremely helpful right from the start and had no problem answering all questions we had. We've been to quite a few cycle stores and have never got the fantastic service myself and my mother got here. Big car park to let you test ride bikes which was great! Unsure if we'd manage the two bikes in the back of car, Shane made it happen! They took great care to not mark or scratch bike's when loading. Definitely worth the trip up from kilkenny to this store for service like this. Shane you were a pleasure to deal with and thanks so much! Will definitely be returning and recommending this store to all our friends.

Really knowledgeable, gave me plenty of time, answered all of my questions & gave us the attention we needed. Ended up getting the perfect bike for what was required. Ian also gave good solid advice on some things that I wouldn’t have thought of for the bike. All in, great service received.
L. M.I visited your store today in swords , although the staffs smiles and warmth make it a welcoming experience, when we went upstairs to the nursery section it was literally like the artic . Great selection and lovely warm staff but the shop could be warmer. Didn't get a good look around due to the coldness .
