My experience was first class and undoubtedly couldn’t have been better, my bike was ordered online and delivered from Dublin to Limerick on the same day. I had no expectation of this and accepted that I might have to wait a couple of weeks. The effort was all from the exceptional team at ThinkBike and entirely unprompted by me, I know a lot of circumstances and variables had to fit to make this possible but it was all down to the individuals involved and I am very grateful to everyone. I would also add that the electric bike that I bought was incredible value compared to other stockists that I found, I cannot rate my experience highly enough. Thank you.

Excellent - I struggled to find a bike for my son starting at UCD, John found one within a day, concluded the transaction over the phone and delivered it within 3 days + a quick setup on delivery - WOW - I couldn't have been more impressed - thank you John!

I bought a new Giant e-mountain bike from ThinkBike in Terenure. From a phone call enquiry at the start to collecting the bike the whole team were outstanding. The team know their stuff and we’re very helpful explaining and setting up the bike. I purchased through BiketoWork scheme and they did all the paperwork. It was so easy going. The bike comes with 2 year servicing and it’s great to know my bike will be looked after. I highly recommend Thinkbike.

Ordered on a Sunday, delivered first thing Wednesday morning (at the time specified which is a welcome change to other deliveries) built and ready to use. Fabulous service from John & Marcin & the team at Think Bike. John did a zoom meeting with me to explore what I was looking for. He promptly followed up with an email with a range of options. I then arranged a test spin and Marcin was very helpful. I was then able to order the bike knowing that it was perfect for me. I would recommend Think Bike very highly to anyone in the market for a bike.

Me and my partner came in to to get his cassette switched from an old rear wheel to the new one. The name of the staff member who helped us is Alex, he had it done so fast and really well! Alex made us feel welcome and was super friendly!

What can I say from start to finish these guys where fantastic. There was an issue with the back tire, speed rear derailleur and the mud guard due to an encounter with a car. The guys were so helpful and professional and gave me a temporary bike while they were fixing mine. The shop is opened only a couple months but that is not obvious when you see the quality of the service. Would highly recommend them. Thanks guys I will be definitely going back to you for the next service.

It's light enough for me to carry, I was attracted always to the Giant brand- but I trusted your advice on same: It's fast, good- price - point & you had the correct frame size for my petite stature in stock. Brilliant service. My pedal & crank were damaged recently & the mechanic had one in stock was able to fit a new pedal & crank in 5 months while I waited. Bike is like new!

I dropped my bike in for service knowing it needed a lot of work done. The guys at thinkbike took it in and said they'd prepare a quote, which the emailed me promptly. I mentioned I commute to work by bike and I was offered a bike to ride in the meantime while my own was in for service, which was really handy, I wasn't expecting it. There was a lot of work to be done but the mechanics emailed/called whenever they needed my approval to go ahead with something new or if they found further issues. For example, my rear derailleur ended up needing replacing as the limit screws and the clutch springs were bent/broken. I knew this myself from trying to tune my gears in the past but I thought it was really nice of them ring me to make sure I fully understood why the part needed to be replaced. I have a gravel bike with a slightly unusual gearing setup (single front chainring, 11-42 cassette) The guy I was talking to (Martin, I think) was very knowledgeable of different setups and I felt he gave me some really solid advice about what the best course of action was. I was informed early on that they would need to order parts in and would take an extra bit of time. My bike ended up being in the shop for a few weeks with everything that needed to be done and as parts came in. Because I had the replacement bike in the meantime I was in no rush. When I was informed the bike was ready for pickup the mechanic also offered to arrange a time that would suit where he could show me the work that was done and go through the receipt in-store, another nice touch I think. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I'll certainly be back.

We were caught out in the rain and were unable to put the bikes on a bike rack for some reason. Alex (from this store) came over and took a bit out of his time to help us out, even gave us some advice about the rack. I know this has nothing to do with the shop but I just thought that it would correspond to how he would be in the shop. I also wanted to say how nice and helpfull Alex was and he knew what he was doing.

Really great customer service for a female trying to find good cycle shorts. They let me take some home to try on which is brilliant because a lot of shorts are see through which you can’t see when holding the item in a shop. Will definitely be back.
