Was on a visit to Killarney for three days and on the first day my gear cable snapped. I thought that was the end of my biking for the trip but O'Sullivans cycles (no relation!) were simply top class. I popped in, explained my scenario and all I can say is the service was just brilliant. Great to see a family business delivering an exceptional service. While Touring Ireland, my mother’s wheel chair needed an adjustment and the fine man at O’Sullivan’s fixed the problem. The shop was busy and he graciously took the time to help us. Very friendly and courteous, a wonderful experience! I can only imagine how great they are at bicycle sales and service!

I hired a bike here and wanted a road bike (which this time of year not many people would be asking for), they made that possible for me for the next day, fitted all my equipment (pedals, lights, saddlebag, phone mount etc.) and set up the bike for me (saddle height). They even kept my shoes for after the ride in a safe place for me. Very accommodating and helpful! Great experience and service!

This was by far the best bike rental place I or my family have EVER been to. The process was no haste. Turn up, say what you want, pay go in record time. The employees are some of the nicest people I have met and much nicer than other bike rental places in the area. I can’t recommend this place for bikes enough!

Here now and this place is fantastic and super helpful. My friend and I our doing a short backpacking trip and decide to rent bike for the the ring of Kerry. He’s holding our bags and bikes as my buddy and I grab food down the street. He went over the map with us and the bikes were only 60 dollars for four days. This is what he recommended after hearing what he wanted to do. We were thinking three days. He said if it was three days we will get the money for the extra day back. If we take a day longer we can just pay when we get back. If I could give 10 stars I would. They are great here.

We hired a tandem bike, with a trailer for our luggage, to cycle the ring of kerry from this shop. They offered great equipment with excellent service. Unfortunatly we suffered from a puncture (which can happen quite easily because of the bad quality on some parts of the roads and the high load of our luggage on the tandem) but someone came in no time and replaced the tire for no cost at all. Very friendly and helpfull people who go the extra mile to make your cycling trip a great one. I would highly recommend this shop.

We rented two bikes from O'Sullivans and had a great experience with them. When my friend's bike got hit by a car which completely warped the front rim, they immediately set us up with a spare bike at no extra cost and were very friendly. The bikes are in good condition and have low rolling resistance, helmets and a small map are included in the price. If you already know where you want to go the staff will even draw in the best route to take.

We hired bikes from two places in Killarney and this shop was in a league of its own. All of the bikes I saw were pretty much brand new. One of the bikes got a puncher (I ran over a nail unknowingly) and they had a man-in-a-van with us in a matter of minutes at no extra cost.
