I have called to make an order...nothing has ever been an issue and the meat is of the highest standard. When you talk to a butcher that has a genuine interest in food, meat, animal welfare you know that you have made the right choice. I travel from Carlow to Athy to visit this butcher. Can't recommend them enough.
