you judge a business and how they deal with their mistakes.
I ordered on line and they left out two items in my order. I live in Clondalkin and was visiting family in Artane and collected from the shop.
I asked my mam to collect the missed items and they gave me a breakfast set to say sorry and offered to carry out the bag to my mams car.
They apologises about 10 times and said they would learn from this. That is why I will be ordering from them again and will continue to support such a great business.
