I never had any dealings with this garage until my 152 Transit broke down in Ballinasloe on a busy Thursday morning.I made contact with them and Patrick in service did his best to locate the part to get me back on the road and was well on top of his game. When this wasn't possible they let me stay in their waiting room and let me use their facilities until a colleague came with a replacement van later in the afternoon so I could complete my deliveries. They had the van repaired by next evening with no hassle and minimal down time.Overall ,well impressed with service levels, especially as I was a person who just walked in off the street 👍

I bought a new Ford Focus from Fred Kilmartin back in 2014, they provided the best price for the car and included two years of service with it, after the two first services where done I kept driving to Ballinasloe for the service despite living in Galway, it was easy to book, friendly and they always had it ready by the time agreed. After one year they also arranged for the spare wheel to be replaced by a smaller one to increase space available in the boot. When time came to sell the car this year I relied again on them and they helped me greatly in securing the best possible value for the car. I am grateful to Fred Kilmartin and Michael Kelly for looking after ourselves and our car over the past 5 years, I would certainly recommend this dealership.

An absolutely brilliant garage - incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, excellent communication throughout the process of fixing my van - wheel bearings gone, brake pipeline split and diesel leak - all fixed in a morning and back on the road again. Can’t recommend them enough!

Using this service station for the past 5 months. It’s stress free, no crazy parking, great service from a really pleasant young man any evening I’ve called. Didn’t even have to get out of the car this evening, diesel filled for me and credit card payment taken at the car. 5 star service all the way.
