I have had a most positive experience during the purchase of my pristine 182BMW X3 Msport performance from Cieran McConnon Car Sales. I got a superb trade in deal on my own car. I especially want to mention Andrew, a member of the sales team, who looked after me so well. Much of my interactions with Andrew were via the internet and mobile phone. I was really impressed with Andrew's personable qualities and his very helpful advice during the course of the deal. I write this review as I admire my BMW X3 parked in my driveway. Many thanks Andrew for the positive experience and yes I will be back.

Got my new car in early August. Dealt with Andrew who was very professional in all our dealings. As I could not get to see the car in person he sent on videos & pictures of the car & dealt with all my queries from those. Accommodated me in bringing forward the pick up day of my new car which I threw at him last minute & also stored my old car for two weeks, which I wasn't trading, until I could arrange to have it collected. The day I was buying the car was raining heavy so Andrew had the car left in the garage for me to view, rather than on the forecourt where it would have been difficult to look at. Car was in pristine condition & Andrew went through all of the features from start to finish. I had been searching for my ideal car for 3-4 months online & visiting different garage forecourts but I kept been drawing back to McConnon Car Sales by the quality & spec of the cars on offer. I have not been disappointed by my purchase. All in all an excellent experience & highly recommended.

Very professional from initial contact to handover of car. I dealt with Andrew for my BMW 520D and couldn't be happier. Nothing was a problem and he was brilliant with detailed pics and videos. The cup of coffee and club milk when I arrived for the car was a very nice touch, will definitely be happy to do business again in the future. Quality of cars there is outstanding, overall a great company to deal with and the standard of cars are unreal.

An absolute pleasure to deal with! I cannot recommend Jason & the team enough, from start to finish they were brilliant. Jason went above & beyond for us, was so helpful whenever we had any questions, answering text messages and helping to entertain the kids while my husband took the car for a test drive. I contacted Cieran McConnon Car Sales a week ago to inquire about trading in my car against a stunning 2019 Mercedes E220. I delt with Andrew and only spoke to him once on the phone. All other communication was through WhatsApp. He valued my car after receiving photos and a short video from myself. His valuation was exceptionally fair, keeping in mind he couldn't test drive my car. I then received a complete video tour of the Mercedes and a step by step detailed description of the car and its many functions. To say these people were professional would be an understatement, no messing around, every question I asked was answer instantly. They delivered the car in person while adhering to all the covid protocols. From start to finish Andrew and Cieran McConnon Car Sales were a pleasure to deal with, professional, trusting and efficient. Wow...What can I say. I followed this dealerships social media over the last few years and so decided to make the trip from Cork to have a look for myself. From the minute I walked into the showroom the level of professionalism was incredible. We had a great experience at Cieran mc Connon car sales. We absolutely love our new wheels. Andrew was the salesman we dealt with and he couldn't of been nicer.
