Had a fantastic experience with Brian from Carroll and Kinsella Blackrock. We spent a week of going back and forth over email, putting together some options for us in regards to purchasing a new Toyota. Brian and the team helped us get to the right deal and vehicle for our small family - and then he invited us in to take our prospective new car for a test drive. We went in on a Saturday at midday and honestly it was great. Brian was professional, warm and knowledgeable. He really has mastered giving you the right level of information. He provided proper insight into the vehicles, the industry and making the right purchase for today and going forward, without overwhelming you with numbers and jargon. I felt like I was making a considered decision rather than being sold a car. He was not pushy, he was transparent and apologetic about potential waiting times and stock availability. He was even really great with our kids. Really glad we went with this dealership, and with Brian specifically. 5 stars, 10/10!

I saw a 201 red Toyota Corolla Sol hybrid car on the website. On Wednesday the 12th August, 2020 I rang Carroll & Kinsella and spoke to Ken Carey. As it was exactly what I wanted, I rang him back within the hour and paid a deposit. I ordered accessories for the car and Ken said he would have the car ready for Friday evening. This was a really fast turnaround. I called to the garage on Saturday the 15th August to pick up the car. As I said to Ken, I rarely do online shopping but as I am living in Kerry, I actually made my biggest purchase online! I can honestly say the whole transaction was painless and stress free. Ken was very professional and explained everything about the car to me. I am delighted with my purchase and the car is a dream to drive. I would rate the whole experience as exceptional.
