I dealt with Marcus over the phone and in person and never have I met a more straight-talking car salesman in my life. No messing around whatsoever. It was a pleasure to buy my car of him. The car, Audi A6, was superbly presented as expected. First time dealing with Marcus & John Hayes Cars but I will definitely be going back.

The first time I spoke to Marcus on the phone I felt a good vibe, which is important.This was confirmed when I viewed the car and took it for a test drive.. It did not disappoint and I was very happy with the car's history and details, all of which were ready on paper for me when I got there. The communication throughout the deal was excellent and I needed some extra time to get the boxes ticked from the bank. Some dealers would sell a car from under your nose but Marcus is a man of his word and waited until I was sorted. The car was then delivered to my home with all the relevant paperwork and receipts in showroom condition. I can safely say I'll be returning to John Hayes Cars for my next set of wheels. Bought a car from Marcus 2 years ago, at the time was the best priced 5 series with more extras on the vehicle than any other dealership at the time. The service was fantastic any question i had about the car Marcus dealt with them in a very professional manner and extremely knowledgeable. Once i purchased the vehicle BMW issued a recall to check the EGR valve on all there 5 series,I spoke to Marcus and he dealt with it arranging getting the vehicle in for the check up and making sure i wasn't stuck without a vehicle. I will always encourage anyone i speak with to reach out to John Hayes motors and even myself when i am looking for a new car in the future Marcus will be my first port of call. Thank you again Marcus the car is running like a dream and bar a service i haven't had a single issue. Keep up the good work and hopefully be in sooner rather than later for an upgrade.

Bought a car from Marcus about 10 months ago, Very easy to deal with and no wasting time with negotiating, He was very straight to the point. It was for sure the best priced 5 series and had more extras on the vehicle than any other dealership at the time. I had an issue with the car about 4-5 months down the line which was no fault of John Hayes car sales , however even tho the country was in lockdown and my warranty was due to run out before they would open back up again due to covid 19 , Marcus reassured me he would take care of the matter once they resumed business. He kept to his word , I dropped car off to them when things re-opened and It fixed in 2 days and is perfect 👍🏼 I Will always recommend to anyone I speak with to reach out to John Hayes motors and even myself when I am looking for a new car in the future as they have a great selection of high spec cars for reasonable price and their after sales is second to none. I recently purchased a 151D BMW 520d Estate M Sport from John Hayes Cars. I'm not the type to generally leave reviews online, but in this case, I found the service provided (and of course car) to be so good and professional from Marcus and Johnny and the team at John Hayes Cars that it was worth sharing. This is an excellent excellent dealer to buy your car from. Marcus and Johnny could not do enough throughout the whole process right from the very first minute. You expect a sales process but what you sometimes don't expect is the almost personalised customer service on offer. The car I bought was immaculate and does and performs exactly as advertised. Any asks that I had of Marcus and Johnny in relation to the car were met immediately and professionally. This was a great experience. When it hopefully comes to purchasing again down the line, whether they have the car I am after or not, they may find themselves sourcing it for me!! Also, whilst the car I purchased was specifically the car I was after, all other cars in stock looked to be of a great standard and in great condition. Top marks all around from a happy customer.

Johnny and Marcus are really sound to deal with. They seem to have high standards for the cars that they sell - I was looking at importing a used premium car from the UK, but John Hayes Cars had what I wanted at a reasonable price taking into account the hassle of doing it myself. The car was top spec with a good history - and came with a warranty. I had my own mechanic give it the all clear prior to buying, but when I brought it to the first NCT, one of the tyres failed. Johnny sorted it straight away under the warranty, no quibbles. These guys know what they are about - highly recommended.
