I had a really positive experience. People here are nice and helpful. Dave was great. He answered to all my questions and advised me on what was the best choice based on my needs and budget. Also, great opening hours. Probably the only one in Dublin who closes at 7:00 pm

Sean & James were absolutely brilliant. They took my car in on very short notice and had power steering unit and fan belt replacements sourced and fitted within a couple of days! My Focus has rarely had issues, but any time I have, Rathfarnham Ford have been extremely reliable and worry free!

Ford Whitechurch is an excellent garage to deal with. All staff are most helpful. Special mention though to Graham. He is friendly, most obliging and nothing is a problem to him. While he is between customers and answering the phone he manages everything with such ease. He is able to deal with all sorts of problems from syncing phones to the bigger car issues. As the first person you meet when going into the garage it has to be said that he is an excellent advertisement for Ford Whitechurch.

"You can't build a reputation on what you are going to do"....Henry Ford WOW - The team in Ford Rathfarnham certainly know this. Top Class. How proud Henry Ford would be, if he walked in off the street to the Service Section at Ford Rathfarnham, with an 'Engine Malfunction' message on the dash of his car!!!. This happened to me on 21st May. To say I was concerned about my car is an understatement. I was promptly greeted by Sean, who calmly took my keys, offered me tea and a seat and communicated exactly what he was going to do to check it out. It didn't take long for him to come back with the 'not so good' news. The difficulty with my car did not prompt this post, the service in Rathfarnham Ford did. 48 hours later, after a serious problem with the engine, I was confidently on the road to Cork. I am not resident in Dublin or a regular customer of this outlet. I was travelling from Louth to Cork when the incident occurred. Sean ,Graham and the service team dealt professionally and efficiently with me. Their attitude to service was beyond my expectations (generally very high), they made me feel reassured and dealt with the whole process expertly. I am mega impressed and truly cannot recommend this Ford outlet highly enough but do hope that this review goes some way to help. They deserve continued success in abundance. HUGE THANKS. Siobhán

Great experience! I had a broken intercooler. After having gone through other Ford garages that "didn't have time" I called up Rathfarnham, and I spoke to Graham. He immediately had time, recognised me when I arrived without even saying my name and had me leave the vehicle there. Within 2 hours he called me back, gave me the exact problem, covered it on warranty and promised me to have it fixed within 2 days, as soon as the spare part arrives. And he kept his promise. The van now drives well and without any issues. This is a success story!

I have a 19 year old (hard to believe I know) special edition Ford KA and it's largely thanks to Graham and the service team at Rathfarnham Ford that she is still in such good shape! They take a personal interest in the 'old lady ' and go to great lengths sourcing parts etc for her. Thank you Rathfarnham Ford for keeping my beloved KA on the road!

I seeded to have the radio unblocked on my son's 04 Mondeo (radio stopped working when the car's battery was replaced). I called in to Rathfarnham Ford to see about what I could do to get the unblock code. I got a wonderful reception. I met very friendly, extremely helpful staff, who seemed to be prepared to go to any lengths to solve my problem. I left feeling very good about the whole visit. As well as supplying the unlock code so that we will not have this issue again, the radio was now working perfectly. They gave me a coffee while I was waiting, free WiFi for my iPad, and the daily paper. The cost: a very reasonable €15 for all of that. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough.
