I can’t thank Toyota Liffey Valley enough for coming to my rescue this morning. My car had developed a slow puncture over the weekend as I stayed at a nearby hotel. By this morning the tyre was completely flat and I was unable to drive the car. As I was due to return home I called over to the garage to see if they could tell me where I might get the tyre fixed, and a member of staff organised for a young mechanic to come over to the hotel. He removed the wheel, brought it back to the garage and returned 5-10 minutes later with the puncture repaired, tyre inflated, and replaced the wheel. Furthermore, I was not even charged for the work done! This level of service went far above and beyond my expectations, and to crown it all – I am not even a Toyota driver! Thankfully, I was able to continue my journey arriving safely home later in the day. If this is the level of service they provide to someone in need, I can't imagine what it must be like for their regular customers! Well done Toyota Liffey Valley - Service above and beyond and well deserving of 5 stars from me.

Drove my new Corolla out of the garage just two days ago and I couldn't recommend Toyota Liffey Valley more. Elaine in Finances took the stress out of that part of it and Shane was an absolute gent, from the moment we first walked in and ordered the car until he handed over the keys two weeks later. He had the car waiting for us in a separate room, box of chocolates waiting on the dashboard and best of all, he took his time explaining some of the newer functions. This is my seventh car since 1987, but never did I have an experience like this. Thanks everyone, 5 star!!!

Had a little blip with the vallett of my car 2 weeks ago. Very good service and quick. The problem is that this time, brakes weren't checked because my front brake pads were worn out. When it is busy, some checks are done quick without proper attention. I have booked some place else to get them replaced. 2nd, i left my car with an N plate. After i came back, it was missing. I always take a picture of how i dropped the car 🚗 3rd i have a dash cam recorder and a microphone all were unplugged when i took the car. Good thing i checked before leaving. In case of accident i wouldn't have any evidence

Hi i have a 2024 vehicle I had an issue with the suspension in it which liffey Valley Toyota did sword for me but the headman over the dealer the boss as he likes to call himself told me on show room floor I front of other customers and staff working their if I have any more issues do not bring it to his garage anymore I have to bring it to the dealer where I bought it from over 100 miles away I don't know what this guy is problem is but my vehicle has three years warranty and after two months from new I had an issue with a suspension now I can bring that vehicle to any Toyota agent over the entire world as long as it's under warranty I can get it fixed free obviously both the head sales man in liffey Valley told me not to bring my car back to his dealers and he more I think it is because I was buying the same vehicle from himself a couple of years ago and I bought it elsewhere a couple of thousand cheaper and on the same day collection .. not very professional for a man of his age and how long he has been dealing with customers 40 odd years? I only gave 4 starts because heat of staff very helpful and polite and most important (professional)

Good service. I had an issue with the fuel retainer and the seal got fixed in a day and my car was good to drive. Though getting an immediate appointment was a bit hard, I suppose because of a lot of people coming in but once the appointment was done the inspection and fixing the car was fairly quick.

Excellent Customer Service & People of Integrity Actually today 5th of October is my 2nd experience, and I can confidently say Toyota Liffey Valley have great customer service approach. At the 1st visit I needed them to get me a 2nd fob key for my Car, and my experience was fantastic. 2ndly today, I needed to have my car battery changed as a matter of urgency. I've spoken to them and I got a great bargain. Thanks to Jimmy for the bargain 🙌. However, what amased me most and my reason for writing this review is how super honest the Toyota Liffey Valley team proved to be. I handed my car to them waiting to get the battery fixed and I pay the agreed bargained price. Staff John came to inform me that my battery is as good as new, and only needed adjustment. Mind you, I had to call for rescue/jump starting 3ce within the previous 1.5day. I was not charged a penny! 🥂 I was actually dumbfounded because they could have yet changed my battery, got the money and resell the "good as new" or leave the "good as new", and pretend they've changed it, yet get paid. Recently relocated to Dublin from the USA and decided to purchase a 2023 C-HR Sol. After locating several comparable models at Dublin authorized dealers, based on user reviews of various sales people I sought out Pat Kelly at Toyota Liffey Valley. From the moment my wife and I walked in, Pat was very courteous, direct and a pleasure to deal with. As we walked in, Pat handed us the keys to the C-HR that was already pulled out and ready for a test drive. Did not ask us for anything and said, go ahead, take a test drive and then come back to see me. The vehicle was in great condition, except for two worn tyres and some scratches on wheels. Pat said if we bought the vehicle from him, he would get two new tires put in, and get the scratches fixed. After trying out another local dealer and their C-HR, that was nowhere near the looks and feel of the Toyota Liffey Valley dealership and vehicle, we decided to buy the C-HR with Pat. We went back to LVT, Pat agreed to fix the things in writing, and promised delivery in 3 days. As a man of his word, on the designated date, the vehicle was ready for pickup. I went back in, the car was serviced immaculately, and it turns out, Pat had all FOUR tyres replaced with new ones. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with our C-HR, that looks as good as new. It is a 'Used Approved' model with low mileage. Very happy with Pat's customer service and easy going manner. You cannot go wrong with Pat Kelly at Toyota Liffey Valley. Good man!
