Cara motorhomes take the time to get to know your requirements. They have genuinely friendly knowledgeable staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. They stick to their word, they are honest, knowledgeable and above all else are trustworthy and reliable. Good selection of vehicles in a good location with lovely showroom.

Cara Motorhomes Service Team is A1, I called Cara for the first time when my motorhome had a few issues I wanted sorting and for a general check up for the upcoming season in the new year. I spoke with Caoimhe on the phone who booked in my van, she was very knowledgeable and explained very clearly any queries I had. After getting down with my van, I was greeted by Mel, she took my keys and again explained the work that they would carry out on my van, (also made me a lovely coffee). Caoimhe called me when my van was complete as per schedule. Such a beautiful facility and exactly what this industry needed. From now on I will drive the extra distance to service here.

From that first phone call with the lovely Mel who put me through to Caoimhe in Service Dept my experience with Cara has been absolutely fantastic. Caoimhe was so helpful and booked our motorhome in to be serviced. You can tell immediately that this is a business that really wants to help and take care of their customers. This was our first time dealing with Cara and I can honestly say we are now customers for life! My wife and I hired a 2 berth Motorhome from Cara for a ten day trip to Ireland in October 2017. We traveled from the USA so needed to coordinate our trip by phone and e-mail in advance. Everyone was very helpful to us in planning for our trip. Caoimhe met us at Shannon Airport with the motorhome and arranged to also have us drop it off there at the end of our trip. The motorhome was very well appointed and gave us the freedom and independence we were seeking in exploring the Southwest counties of Ireland. Coming from the USA and being accustomed to wider roads I appreciated the smaller size of the 2 berth motorhome. Bought a camper recently from Cara Motorhomes (Rimor Europeo). The service was excellent and Aoife and John were extremely helpful every step of the process of viewing and finally buying the one we wanted. The service was like the camper we purchased, honest, reliable and exactly as described. Great reassurance of buying from a reputable dealer in comparison to buying privately, which included an excellent aftersales service. This is our second new Sunlight Motor home to buy from Cara motor homes 1st in 2015 and this one in 2019. There is nothing you could fault with Cara as the Management and Staff are so helpful and friendly, no matter what you ask of them they come up trumps. They all made the buying and change over of all the accessories so smooth and simple. Any of the little jobs under warranty are looked after with care and attention to detail. Aiofe ,John,Caoimhe and all the staff carry out their work with good old fashioned honesty and courtesy which is nearly impossible to find in Ireland anymore. Amazing customer service. Fiona was very friendly on the phone and even nicer in person. The mechanic spent a lot of time telling me about my swivel chair and why it was a good idea not to install it due to cost/safety. This amazed me as he was talking himself out of a job. I gave them a smaller job and they did it for free because they could see I was disappointed about the chair. This is the way a business should be run. Recommend to anyone ! I bought a Sunlight (Dethleffs) 6 berth motorhome from Cara motorhomes October 2017. Pre and post sales service superb (Aoife, Caoimhe and Fiona). Staff are super friendly and a mine of information. I brought the camper back after a summer of touring for a few bits and bobs to be fixed. All covered under the warranty no questions asked. They did a super job in repairs and maintenance.
