A. S.My Wife And I Have Been Dealing With Downeys For The Last 20 Years And Have Never Had A Bad Experience. Had To Go Back On A Few Occasions With Cars Due To Minor Technical Problems And If It Can't Be Fixed While I'm There I've Always Got A Replacement Vehicle With A Minimum Of Fuss. Had An Accident In A Focus I Bought There Back In 2006 And Had A Replacement Vehicle For Six Weeks Because Of A Supply Difficulty Of A Part That Was Damaged And There Was No Fuss Whatsoever. Wouldn't Pass Downeys Because They Have Looked After Us So Well Over The Years. Have Been Dealing With Niall All This Time And Hopefully Will Be For Another Few Years
