D.Well never thought I would say this about a Main dealer but wow!
Audi Waterford looked after me and my oul A6 C6 wonderfully.
I got a belt and Pump replacement as it was due and Ray and the team noticed some small other things and had them sorted for me some with no charge !
The dealer was cheaper than a independent in this scenario and I will be sure come back for any other major Work !
Thank you to all there ! Including I believe Aoife (prob got the name wrong) who had to deal with me on the phone ! Ye are a good craic !

B. P.Have had my Audi A5 serviced here since I bought it (2nd hand with 5k on it in 2012). Not an issue with it at any stage apart from the replacement of a front light a few years back. 385,000km and still going strong. Excellent service and expertise by Ray and his maintenance crew.
Update Sept 2024;
Just had its latest service at 490,000km and no issues. Best, most reliable car I've ever driven!

This time we dealt with Jason, who was very professional, knew his stock very well and was generally easy to speak to. The service teams are always great with any little issue, although there never really is any. Aisling is always professional, she has the patience of a saint, especially when it comes to dealing with my husband, who wants everything thrown in!!
