Bought a Hyundai ix35 off Mark last month, he was great to deal with. I brought a mechanic with me to check over the car before I purchased. He did notice a few issues with it, in fairness to premium autos they fixed everything that was asked, car is running perfect so far with no issues. Also gave me a decent price on my trade in, I would definitely check them out if purchasing a car

My brother first put me in touch with John at Premium Autos. I had been getting the run around from a high end garage and I was absolutely worn out. Meeting John brought car buying to a whole new level for me. He got me out of a jam by insisting on giving me a car for a week, without charge, while sorting out the issues with my own car. I have since bought two other cars from John and his service is second to none. He sources fabulous cars (and I’m a real car person) and sells them at reasonable prices. His after sales service is second to none. When you are dealing with John, you know you are being well looked after.

I purchased a used car from John in Premium Autos at the start of January. From the very first phone call I made I found them to be nothing but courteous and professional. I was given the keys to test drive it and was told there was no rush back with it. There were 1 or 2 marks on the back bumper which I pointed out to John and he had them sorted for me 2 days later when I returned to collect the car which was also spotless inside and out! Recent bought a Range Rover form Premium Autos, Must say they have a lovely selection of cars to suit all pockets. All cars are priced to sell, None of this scrappage allowance !!!!!! Can not recommend Premium autos enough. Had an issue with my jeep but was under warranty and sorted straight away. Since i bought my jeep early january , 2 of my family members have purchased cars from John and they could not be happier. Nice to support a local owned Waterford company!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to wait 3 months until I posted a review of Premium Autos so I had plenty of time to drive the car I bought from John. I was interested in a Golf Mk 5 that John had for sale and when I visited the dealership John greeted me and let me take it for a test drive. The car ran great, inside and outside in great condition for a car that is 11 years old. I called back 2 weeks later to buy the car and received the keys on the same day after it being serviced. I checked that the oil and air filter had been serviced and it was. The log book came 2 weeks later. I have put a few thousand km on the car so far and it's still running perfect. I had an issue with the camber bolts when I wanted to get it tracked and told John about it and he looked after me right away. This is the dealership you want to do business with. In the future I will definitely be coming back to buy more cars from John. Great customer service and great cars

I've just bought used Toyota Corolla Terra car from Mr John Boland, the Director of Premium Auto Dealership in Waterford. That was a fantastic business that has been around for a while. They specialise in high quality, unusual and special imports. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I have enjoyed doing business there at the time I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade will be fair. The buying process easy and with a great deal on my used car. I will go back again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.

Happy to buy from again & to recommend. We did have a problem post purchase (brake warning light came on unexpectedly only a few thousand km after purchase, whilst I was in the UK over Christmas!). But my immediate Kwik Fit UK brake replacement costs were covered by Premium Autos on my return to Ireland. AND as a goodwill gesture my next oil change will also be completed by Premium at a time to suit me & free of charge. Great communication was the key to resolving a potential problem! So I would happily buy again from John at Premium Autos. Buying a second hand, 10 year old, car has not been the nightmare it could have easily become without John's help & understanding. Neil

I got a v good car from these guys. I dealt with John who was very helpful. He was very happy to let me take the car for my mechanic to check first. I paid a bit more than I wanted but not rip off. Do your own research of any car you buy and go on cartell. But this dealer seems very genuine to me and I felt I got very good service from him. I'm from Dublin but would have no problem dealing with Premium autos again.
