A big thank you to Trevor who helped to fix an unfortunate situation that occurred up at Dublin airport re the requirement for a personalized letter from your insurance provider. All I can say is don't forget to get this letter before arriving or you'll be screwed like me. Nevertheless, Trevor got it sorted out and saved me a bunch of $$$ as a result. Next time I rent a car in Ireland I'm calling him first! He's a pro who really cares about doing a good job and making the customer feel valued. Thanks again, Trevor!

My husband and I have travelled frequently from London to Kerry airport and find Europcar's service there remarkable. The choice of cars is great, their condition and cleanliness excellent, and the rates are competitive. A huge plus is the friendly, courteous team, for whom nothing is too much trouble. Throughout all the uncertainty of changing Covid restrictions, Mantas and his colleagues have given us a consistently efficient and stress-free experience for which we're grateful. This is now my "go to" car rental when in Ireland. Absolutely the best car rental experience ever. Reese, Mags, Mantias (apologies for incorrect spellings) all were amazing. Customer service top notch. This is how it should be done and it has gained a customer for life. Can not say enough good things and it reflects on both Europecar and the Management that they hire the best, train them well and support them to provide the best of service to their customers.

Das tut zwar weh, aber bekommt man in der Regel ja wieder. Bei uns hat auf jeden Fall alles sehr gut funktioniert. Das Auto wurde hier abgeholt und abgegeben haben wir es in Dublin. Leider wird hierfür eine One-Way-Fee berechnet - verständlich, aber da leppert sich der Preis. Da der Flughafen sehr klein ist, ist es auch der Europcar-Service-Point. Daher sollte man sich beeilen und schnellstmöglich zum Schalter gelangen, wenn man keine längeren Wartezeiten bis Autoübergabe haben möchte. Bei uns war alles innerhalb von 20 min geregelt. Alle Fehler die man am Auto findet melden und Aufzeichnen lassen. Am besten eine Versicherung buchen (z.B. über die Axa) oder direkt bei Europcar abschließen, was jedoch teurer ist.
