We recently had a rather large, last minute issue with another rental company while in Letterkenny that led to us having to find a second rental car to pick up in the city basically immediately. After spending a long time calling everywhere, I visited Enterprise and met Adam. Not only did he save the day, and our trip, but he was truly such a delight and a bright spot in an otherwise tough day. He is an absolute delight and a gem and I can honestly say I wish I could keep in touch with him! He was a pleasure to work with and made things SO easy for us. I can't say enough good things about him, I will definitely be going to him directly for a car next time.

I had recently got a van to use from Enterprise, van was in great condition and very clean. Van rentals were reasonably priced. Staff were all super friendly especially Adam who dealt with me in a very professional manner. Would use this company again for sure.

I don't know if these guys really know how much of a weight they lifted from my shoulders with their amazing help! Paul went above and beyond to get an automatic in for me. I've been in car repair hell and in desperate need of a vehicle to get to work; their kindness and help have been beyond gracious and I am so very thankful to both Paul and Niamh (hopefully I spelled that right). I can't say enough about these two; they are a credit to the entire company. Thank you guys again...I appreciate everything you've done and for caring enough to do it. ❤️

Always my first choice if I need to hire a van locally, or a car if I'm away. Will actually arrange to pick you up or drop you off if you need it. Professional and helpful staff. Good range of cars and van's.

Great service! The guys in Enterprise went out of their way to rearrange a booking that I had to bring forward at very short notice. This is the 4th time we've rented vehicles from Enterprise. Staff have always been polite, professionaI and efficient. I would however prefer to know all the cover options at the time of booking instead of being offered extra cover options when collecting the vehicle. This actually applies to most rental companies.
