Excellent service from start to finish, cannot rate this company highly enough. Chris was great and answered all of my questions very promptly. He sourced a roof box for an additional 50 euro (nearest price I got for independent roof box hire companies was double at 100 euro). Also got an additional 500 kms for our stay cation in Ireland. 100% recommend this company, 5 stars is exactly how they should be rated and well deserved. Will most certainly use again in future.

By far, the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. When they give you the car, they go around it with you, with their phone in hand, making a video of every corner of the car. That’s what I typically do because I’ve been ripped off so many times. Go Rentals? They pro-actively do it, without you having to ask for it. They went above and beyond to help extend my car rental even though they were fully booked. When you call, they pick up. When you email, they respond. And you actually get to speak with the person who actually works at the rental location. The best part? I did not have any of the typical issues you have to deal with from other car rentals such as charging you for gas when you returned the car with full tank, charging you for damage that was already on the car, charging you insurance that you did not ask for, refusing to refund you for extras you did not ask for, renting you a car without insurance (yep, THAT happened), etc… Telling everyone I know, and will definitely be using them again. Thank you for an awesome service. You’ve restored my faith in car rental companies. Well, just in yours.

My vans engine blew so we rented from Go Rentals, it was a great service, they really got me out of a spot of bother. Having a van off the road, not being able to get men and equipment to jobs means we lose money, but Go Rentals made sure we could keep going.

Rented a van from them before Christmas and they were so straightforward to rent off. I had no worry of having to pay extra for mileage because they have such a high allowance, they even insured the van to leave the island of Ireland which no other company around would do for me. The staff were very easy to deal with and everything was ready when collecting the van and it was returned so easily.

I have been using GoRentals since 2014 and from day #1 their service has been 1st class. Very goog communication and services, video recording of rented car, so no problem with possible scratches, bumpers etc. The only minus was a bit complicated 1st time rental (2 proofs of address, required details about my card in advance). I would definitely use this rental company next time again.

I booked a van over email and had quick friendly responses. I then phoned up to iron out details and the sales guys could not have been more helpful, I got the weekend special rate for a Van at €99 which was great value. A really friendly relaxed lady phoned me to get my license info which sped up the pick up. The pick-up took 10 minutes, the van was near-new , perfect condition and a pleasure to drive. The return took 5 minutes. What really struck me was the relaxed and efficient attitude of the team. I would not usually bother to write reviews but this service is so nice to come across and I will definitely be back again. Keep up the great work Trevor and team! Thanks.

Our broke down on first day of our holidays and we were left needing a car in a hurry while stranded on the side of the road. Called around the usual companies but no one could help. Go Rental who I had not heard of previously, though said they might be able to help, found me a car, charged a reasonable price, transferred my own insurance without any hard-sell of their own products and even came and picked us up. The car was great and they facilitated rental extension over the phone to keep the car while our car was repaired at a reduced rate. Returned the car a few days early, was given refund for unused days and no hassle about anything at all. Saved our holiday, really nice folks, I hope they continue this way as I would use them again. They make it to my go to list of car rental companies (which is a short list given previous experiences).

Thank you Go Rentals.... Exceptional service and attention to detail. Fantastic advice in getting the correct vehicle and spec to our needs. Towbar, Rear Chevrons, LED Lightbar and bespoke shelving was not a problem, even down to fine detail of having fire extinguishers, and first aid kits in each of our vehicles. We were going to purchase vans for our business, but after speaking to Go Rentals and our accountants, we found we have much better long term savings on 36 Month lease, which includes all our maintenance bills, Tyres, Brakes, CVRT, and road tax, and the lads call out onto site with a free replacement vehicle when service is due. Go Rentals, Our partners in transport!

BE CAREFUL... The van we got was grand, and so was everything up to the point of the handover back. They video the van before you take it away & they video it when you hand it back. They found 2 small chips in the windscreen and tried to pin it on us. Nobody saw it on the morning of collection including the guy from Go Rentals... Also we only had the van for a few hours & nothing whatsoever happened, which we knew. However the guy inspecting the van on return found the 2 small chips and they were pinning it on us because the video from that morning and also the previous few videos showed the windscreen to be ok. I asked to see the video, and true enough the morning video doesn't appear to show it, but that is because you need the right angle & quality of light (mainly direct sunlight for it to show up!). But the video from almost 2 weeks beforehand shows it up!!! I pointed it out to him. Be careful folks... this left a very bad taste in our mouths as we left. They were all ready to pin this on us only for we asked to see and check the video. They didn't seem to get my point in the discussion afterwards we told them how upset we were & how they were going to attribute this to us... What if we just accepted this... we'd be between €50-500 worse off (their insurance doesn't cover windscreens!!). They said they don't use this as proof; only as guidance. Wrong - they WERE using this as proof, just as we now were able to use it as proof back at them in our defence when we pointed out to them that it was shown up in a video from almost 2 weeks earlier. Please check your stance on this video evidence Go Rentals... and accept that it is no good for this particular scenario in relation to windscreens and you have now been caught out on. And please do not try and pin this damage on customers weeks after it happened while in the custody of a previous renter. This video software that you use may suffice for other types of damage, but it possible, just like today that it is not. Also please write a letter of apology to my upset elderly father in law, with whom you had the contract. Only for I was with him, he may have been ripped off. Very hard to recommend Go Rentals folks after this. Just for the record, in case they try to pin the damage on a future unsuspecting customer, the reg is 191KE1939 and the small chips on low on the drivers side of the front windscreen.

Good price and service. Only issue for not giving 5 stars is that i should i have been informed about adblue fill up in case warning came up which it did. Apart from that very good. Also cheaper to insure extra if taking vehicule outside of Ireland than others i valled prior to chhosing go rentals.
