M. L.We rented a car for two days, and the staff of the Galway agency was truly helpful! First we had a problem with our booking (which we had made via another website) and when I called the problem was efficiently and quickly fixed by Laura, and we were able to collect the car less than 30min later. Then, I was a bit scared to drive the car (not used to this side of the road..) but Laura (who, as her co-worker, was so nice!) encouraged and reassured me: thanks again Laura!!
A. K.I've hired thrice in last 6 months. Every time, the car is squeaky clean, full on fuel and ready to shoot. Staff knows what they are doing and despite being a multinational, they handle local business very effectively. Rates are reasonable and there're no hidden costs whatsoever. I'd certainly recommend this service.

J. G.I needed a van for only 4 hours and Kieran looked after me. Very flexible, good service, van was gleaming and smelt nice. At a great price. Everywhere else either wanted to charge me twice as much for a 24hr hire or they only hire for the weekend. I hire a lot of cars in Ireland and Europcar in knock Airport are very similar in service level. These guys may be a multinational giants but at local level they are great.

It is advisable to take comprehensive insurance to avoid surprises, and in Ireland you drive the opposite way from Spain, the secondary roads are bad and very narrow, with many curves in some places.
