From the moment I walked into the shop I was met with the best customer service i've ever experienced. Seán is very easy to chat to and is extremely knowledgeable. He was easily able to explain every detail about the pellet stove I wanted. I was looking for a pellet stove but with a traditional look, luckily when I rang they had the exact one in the shop to view. The installation process was immaculate - thanks so much Gerry - and the after sales service is second to none. We had a wonderful experience with Natural Green Energy. Sean was excellent to deal with and provided top customer service. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We bought the La Nordic’s SuperMax 7.5kw and we love it! It is a very neat wood burning stove - we needed something compact and this stove worked out perfectly. We would like to thank Natural Green Energy for doing a very professional job of installing a Vitae Cassette stove. It looks fantastic and we are delighted with how neatly they managed to make it fit into some non-standard brickwork opening. I had a wood pellet stove and condenser boiler fitted by Natural Green Energy. The stove is so efficient, l would highly recommend it! (La Nordica Extraflame P70 H49). Declan and his team are very professional and completed the job to my satisfaction. There was one minor issue which was resolved without delay. I buy wood pellets from them on a regular basis and they are always so helpful and obliging! They are a great company to deal with in particular Declan and Sean!

We found the staff to be very competent and friendly, the entire way through the process, from expert advice in choosing what was best for us and our needs to coming to the property in advance to check what was needed for installation to excellent workmanship in the fitting, along with advice around finishing around the stoves. We found them to have a great range of products, at very good prices and staff communicated with us brilliantly throughout, including advance notice of dates for installation and then timings of when they would arrive on the day. We would not hesitate to recommend Natural Green Energy.

The guys did an awesome at replacing an old free standing wood pellets stove with an insert one. The job was done quickly and cleanly and Keith spent a great amount of time explain to us how the stove works and to give us a lot of advice. We are very pleased with it, we have much more space in our living room and we are so cosy now!

Very friendly and knowledgeable during my visit. Sean asked for more details and photos of my place, which I sent in when I got home. After some back and forth with him about my house and some stoves I didn't hear back from him again. That was disappointing and I decided to deal with a more responsive and also more competitively priced company.

i Can only be honest, I had an engineer out to service my pellet boiler, did a superb job cleaned it thoroughly only replaced what needed replacing very reasonable charge. As For office, if you have read my review earlier you will know i had issues with them, this was early 2014, since then I have used them on several occasions last time as recent as this week, when there engineer came to replace the fan in my pellet boiler, superb service from BOTH the engineer and the office! over the last 6 months things have improved immeasurably, I cannot recommend this company enough superb service on all fronts. Declan Your a star.
