I had a really good experience of Greenwood Joinery's customer relations and carpentry excellence. From the moment I contacted Eileen in the office, Greenwood did what they said they'd do. There was a 3-month lead up to my door and frame being fitted which involved a visit from the owner Noel Greene who really knows his stuff, then one of his staff came to make a template of the fretwork above the door, then I liaised with the office about door furniture and fittings. My new door arrived pristine and painted and the standard of the work was just immaculate. A 3-month lead up to fitting is fairly typical in the windows and doors business and Greenwood's professional workmanship was worth the wait. These guys were absolutely transparent to deal with and their word is their bond.
