My Big Order was mixing up a few times. Order supposed to be 3-4 days delivery ended up 3-4 weeks. I know your company had been responded to my calls and follow up but still a messy experience! So far every item are good quality and work perfect. Quality 4 & 1/2 Stars Customer Service 4 & 1/2 Stars Delivery 2 Stars Value for money 4 Stars

I ordered an oven on Wednesday evening - for my Cafe - the old one “died” after 7 hardworking years. Delivery was planned for next tuesday. An other 6 working days without baking facilities- was a disaster for me. I called on Thursday morning - but couldn’t supply me with the oven I ordered- but there was one in stock with actually no difference from what I required and this one could be delivered the next day and was even €.100 cheaper. Friday delivery - wednesday the difference back in my bankaccount. Fabulous Service
