My partner and I stayed in a Viva Cork house for our first few weeks in Ireland while we were looking for a long term rental. We stayed in an ensuite room and it was as shown on the website. The room was tiny (although we knew that when booking) but it was comfortable and enough for us. Check-in/out was super easy and communication with staff was always efficient and quick. Payment was also easy to take care of online and the deposit was refunded within a couple days.
I believe that VivaIreland provides a much needed service and the concept is excellent, however, the experience really depends on the other people in the house. In our case, some of the people didn't clean up after themselves in the common areas (particularly the kitchen) and stayed up very late making noise. I think that having a hired cleaner come in to clean the common areas once or twice a week would be beneficial, and I would be willing to pay a bit more if this was offered. Overall it was a good experience though.

I lived 3 months in Cork, with Vivaireland, beautiful experience.
The house was good, really near the city centre, just 5 minutes on foot. Neighborhood was also really good, because there weren't any noises etc.
The prenotation was easy, and check in too, because they send an email where they explain how to do.
I'm satisfied and I hope to come back soon.
I loved Cork and Ireland.
See you soon.

I had have a great experience with VivaIreland. The location house is a very nice 👍 place. Beautiful, cleaner, ordered equipments house as well another things. Differents and funny guess to whon likes to have a new and rich experience. But is necessary collaboration of people to that became perfect. I wanted live there for two weeks, but I was living there since October to finish of May - too much time. I loved the experience because I made many ❤️ nice friends, improve my English and learnt good somethings. I can recommend you the Viva Cork easier. Good luck and enjoy it as well Welcome!!!!

VivaIreland Cork is a short-term housing agency doing their best to satisfy their customers. Most of their premises are recent and excellently clean. When I need anything, I only have to ask them and they commit seriously to sort it out. Very happy to invest my money in their business.
I can only rate them 5 stars, otherwise I would 100!

The staff is really nice and If you have a problem, you can ask them and they will help. The only thing you have to be aware off, If you want to keep you room, be sure to rent it until you want to leave the room. Otherwise the book can be already booked, when you want to extend the contract.
All in all, most of the apartments are nice and clean (depending on the housemates)

The accommodation is okay and it has everything you need for daily life. But my room wasn't clean when I checked in and it is not as big as it looks like on the pictures. Still it will be fine for the short time that I stay here and the price is definitely okay/accurate.

one of the best experiences I've had in Cork, if you need an accommodation fast, it's your best option, the house was huge and the price is super competitive, I would use the service again without any doubt

I'm pretty happy with my accommodation: clean, big, and comfortable. Also, I would like to go on record by thanking all the members of staff, very competent and dedicated. Keep up with the good job, guys!

I am really satisfied with my flat. It is not the most nicely furnished place in the world and here and there some renovations could be done but I suppose that is just what happens to places that are again and again rented by (Erasmus)students. Most Importantly - everything functions, we have our own washing machine (many UCC student accommodations only have a laundrette - which is quite expensive in the long run), we have enough refrigerators, storage room and bathrooms and a very attentive! property management. No matter what the problem might be, vivacork will fix it within a week. Small problems were even solved within a day. Also, Lucia and Marcos are really kind and enthusiastic. I can highly recommend staying with viva cork.

The staff are lovely. It is a bit pricey for the accomodation that I am staying in.There's just a few minor things that are yet to be resolved but in general a nice team to work with, who have resolved issues such as when the wifi was down as soon as possible.
