B. M.Hi Alison...What a meal prepared and served beautifully in our home on Tuesday! You made our night a massive success and my wife is over the moon. All of our guests were astonished at the quality, variety and quantity of food. It was just perfect in all aspects! Your Chef Kate is an incredible, amazing lady and is such a lovely warm person too. A great professional and a huge advocate of quality cooking and food. A pleasure to have in our home and she took away all of the stress in relation to food for the guests from us. Your waitress was brilliant too and she served and tidied in a very pleasant, professional and unobtrusive manner. Alison, your advice to me on the type ,variety of food and the appropriate quantity of food was spot on and the party would not have been a success from the start without that. THANK YOU.
